Through this portal, candidates can submit their bank account details and claim refund of the examination fee previously paid. Students need to log in using their application number and password and provide valid bank account information for the refund process.

The launch of the refund portal is significant as lakhs of candidates appear for NEET every year, and many students come from middle class or economically weaker backgrounds. Examination fees, travel expenses, coaching fees and accommodation costs already put a heavy burden on families.These steps were taken to reduce inconvenience to the candidates and simplify the re-examination process.
